Evelyn Marie Crawley

Ozark.... Evelyn Crawley departed from her earthly home Wednesday January, 16th at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation. She was 67.

Evelyn was born in Birmingham, AL to the late Edward Miles and the late Ruthie Lee Jones.

At an early age Evelyn and her family relocated to Ozark, AL where she resided to numerous years. She attended Greater Sardis Missionary Baptist Church. Evelyn received her education from D.A. Smith Middle School Ozark, AL.

She was united in Marriage to Jimmy Lee Crawley to whom preceded her in death and to this union one child was born, Mrs. Pamela Marie Crawley-Daniels.

Later she relocated to Rochester, NY where she met the late Quincey James Ravenell. Evelyn and James had an amazing, everlasting love until his death. Afterwards, Evelyn repositioned her family back to Ozark where she resided until she was called home.

She leaves to cherish in her memory one loving daughter Pamela Marie Crawley-Daniels (Beloved son-in-law Bernard) Ozark, Al; one step-son Elliott Ravenell, Rochester, NY; one god-daughter Sheena Miles, Ozark, AL; one god-son Keith Taylor, Rochester, NY; three grand-daughters Demetria Giovanni Mclendon-Ryles (Lexie) Dothan, AL; Tekisha Latifah Mcleod, Ozark,AL; and Niki Bell, Atlanta, GA; two grand-sons Keenan Bernard Daniels, Enterprise, AL and Baka’ri Desean Daniels, Dothan, AL; and three sisters Barbara Jean Miles (Bride) Rochester,NY; Joann Miles-Moutrie, Atlanta, GA; and Beverly Miles (twin sister) Ozark, Al.

She also leaves to cherish a special cousin/sister Mary (Cookie) Taylor and “Her Two Tangs” Kenneth Taylor, Vepper Marlboro, MD and Robert (Tony-bug) Miles, Ozark, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and all other relatives and friends.
