Mary Jean (Horne) Brew

Ozark… Mary Jean Brew (Horne) passed away Sunday October, 14th at Flowers Hospital, she was 53. Visitation will be held on Friday October, 19th from 6pm until 8pm at Newman Mortuary 114 Harper Drive, Ozark, AL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 20th at the Ozark Civic Center at 12pm. Internment will follow at Union Cemetery in Newton, AL at the conclusion of the service.

Mrs. Mary Jean Brew was born February, 28, 1965 in Dale County to Mr. Robert and Louise Horne, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death two sisters, Brenda Chambers and Belinda Horne; one nephew, Herbert Chambers. On October 14, 2018, she peacefully answered the call from her Lord and Savior; Jesus Christ to depart from this earthly life to be at home with Him.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, Samuel Daron Brew; four children: Larry (Anissa) Brackins, Antonio Brackins, Thomas Collins and Samuel Daron Brew Jr.: six grandchildren: Ziyun Smith, Tevin Aruz; three sisters: Annette France, Felicia (Patrick) Mullins and Peggy (Phillip) Marsh; one brother, Henry (Dee Dee) Pride; a host of nieces and nephews.
