William Blocker Carter Jr. was born June 18, 1943 in Forkland, Alabama to the late William Blocker Carter Sr. and Ollie Washington Carter. Blocker entered into eternal rest August 3, 2022, at Dale Medical Center in Ozark, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Beverly Joyce Carter. His children, Aisha Carter and Ayena Carter. Cynthia(Tracy) C.Pitts, GA; Samantha Carter, GA and son, Bo Carter, CA. Stepchildren, Cornelius Taylor, Derrick Taylor and Daphne Taylor. Grandchildren, Ishmael Fuller, Kamryn Hudspeth, Keairah Hudspeth, Brandon Pitts and Brianna Pitts. Bonus grandchildren, Amaya Overton, Zachary Taylor, Chris Taylor, David Miller, Cornelius Taylor Jr. William Taylor. Sierra Crittendon, Whitney Banks, Kindra Taylor, Keleea Taylor, Aniya Taylor, Mercedes McErvin, J'khai Chambers and Jaydn. Two sisters, Emma Rice, Detroit, MI and Ollie Mae Gill, Montgomery, Al. One brother, John L. Carter, Detroit, MI. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
