Charles Owens, age 69, of Ozark, Alabama passed away September 11, 2022 after a long and strong battle against esophageal cancer since January 2015. He was born July 6, 1953, the son of Lemmie Lee and Gladys (Stuckey) Owens of Skipperville, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lemmie and Gladys, and siblings James, Alma, Evelyn, Gladys Merle and Danny.

Charles is survived by three siblings: Lemuel, Bettie of Portland, OR, and Mary of Skipperville, AL, his four children: Patrick, Tanya (Curtis) of Enterprise, AL, Charles of Huntsville, AL and Mark of Dothan, AL, his six grandchildren: Tyler of San Antonio, TX, Kyle of Atlanta, GA, Joseph (Cymbre) of Eielson AFB, AK, Paige of Huntsville, AL, Anna and Marie of Dothan, AL, his four great grandchildren: Addison, Kellen, Melodi and Ashton along with a host of nieces and nephews.
