Dorothy Mae Mcleod was born April 16, 1967 to Mr. Leonard and Ms. Lois Dean Robinson(Smith) in Ozark, Alabama.

Dorothy attended The Ozark City Schools, Ariton High school, and later received her GED.

Dorothy joined hands in holy matrimony to Robert Terry Jr., producing one son and two daughters. She produced a third daughter with Michael Billings.

Dorothy lived the rest of her life as the loving wife to William Crossley.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Mcleod, her mother and stepfather, Mr. Walter and Mrs. Lois Dean Smith, and one of her brothers, Millard "Junebug" Covington.

Dorothy leaves behind her love and cherished memories to her husband, William Crossley of Ozark, Al; Children: Leonard (Heather) Terry, Curtisha Terry (Montavious Collins), Joyce Terry (Michael Wilson), and Dorshawnda Terry (Andre Miles) all of Ozark, Al; Siblings: Albert (Elaine) Covington of Ozark, Al, Larry Covington and Lillie J. Weeks, both of Johntown, Al, Lennie Mcleod of FL, Mary Helen (John) Thompson of Ozark, Al, 13 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
