Fatima Al-Nisa Miles was born in Ozark, Alabama on March 9,1974 to Ray Lee Miles (Papa Do) and Marilyn Sistrunk Bohanan. At an early age she was baptized at St. Mark AMEZ Church, where she was a member until her death. After attending school, she worked at Ozark Health and Rehab for 12 years. She really enjoyed working with the patients there, and they loved her as well. She worked there until her health failed in 2004.

She was preceded in death by her father Ray L Miles (Papa Do) and a loving and devoted "Mama" Minola (Harold) Bennett. Grandparents; John & "Mama" Nell Miles & Roberta Baty.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her loving and devoted husband Allen, her mother Marilyn (Donald) Bohanan, Her children: Jaquel, Andre, Marcus, Keith, Tiheem and Tinesha. A loving mother and father-in-law (Tillman & Mary Richardson) Sister and Brother-in-laws. Brothers: Ray, Jeffery, Steve, Sharif, Lorenzo, and Jeremy Miles. Sisters: Laura and Twana. 8 grandchildren. A very special Auntie Gloria "Doe-Doe" (Dannie) Knox, and Carolyn Hill. Uncles: Keith and Michael Sistrunk. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
