Frank Russell, born on June 14, 1955, in Dale County, Alabama, to John Henry and Carrie Russaw, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024. A beloved father, grandfather, and brother, Frank was known for his warmth, resilience, and dedication to his family. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Flowers Russell; two step sons, Stephen Williams and Derik Williams; two sisters, Carrie B. Creech and Annie Bailey; and five brothers, Jesse Lee Russaw, John Henry Kilo, Willie B. Russaw, Jesse J. Russaw, and John Russaw Jr. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, who cherished his presence and kindness. Frank leaves behind his loving daughter. Denise Williams; his step daughters, Shawn Williams and Shatonya Williams; and his step-son, Parrick Williams (Linda Williams). He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Keaira Barkley, Keante Barkley, Ariana Dawsey, Zavion Campbell (Kesha Campbell), Andrew Williams, K'Yani Gross, and Jalen Grierson, as well as his great-grandchildren. Amira Beaty and Riley Campbell. He is also survived by nine siblings: Mary B. Creech, John L. Russaw, Mary L. Roberson, Alexander Russaw, Johnny B. Russaw, Cheyenne Russaw. Willie Russaw, Tammy Banks, and Timothy Tellis, alongside many nieces and nephews, including his beloved niece, Amanda Creech, and a wide circle of cousins. Frank's memory will be carried on by his family and friends, who remember him fondly and are grateful for the time they shared.
