OBITUARY Mr. Johnnie Gipson of Johntown Community Ozark, Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Dale Medical Center Ozark, AL. After a brief illness. He was 89. Mr. Gipson was born in Dale County to Johnnie and Armetha Gipson on May 8, 1929. He was preceded in death by his children, Magnolia G. Lucas and Leo Gipson, his parents Johnnie and Armetha Gipson, and three sisters. He is survived by his grandchildren Audrey (Jeff) Kelly, Elba Al; Dianne (Paul) Shiver, Chesapeake Va; Leo (Maria) Gipson, Ellenton, Fl; Sisters Mattie Beaty, Johntown Community in Ozark, Al; Cora (James) Brooks of Dothan Al; Maevine (Rev. W.F.) Morris of Pinckard, Al. four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.
