Juanita Ware North was born on August 1, 1956 in Ozark,Alabama to the late James C. McKinnis and Katie Cole Ware. She went home to be with Lord on March 29, 2025.

Juanita, or Necy as she was known by many, was a faithful member of Greater Sardis Missionary Baptist Church, Ozark AL.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne L. North, Parents Katie Cole Ware & James C. McKinnis, one sister Sarah Sanders, and two brothers Jackie Ware & Allen Ware.

Juanita attended D.A Smith School and graduated from Carroll High School in 1974.

She worked at Hardees for many years and then became owner of Fannies with her late husband Wayne L. North.

Juanita, will live in the memory of Her son Charles Kidd Jr "Chuck" (Ozark Al) & Stepkids Terri (Danny) Byrts, (Tuscaloosa AL), Wayne (Akilah) L. North,II "Rudi" , (Houston Tx), Chase A. North (Athens, AL) . Three sisters, Annie West (Ozark AL), Dianne Ware Nance (Cordova Tenn), Helen Edwards (El Paso Tx). Three brothers, Kery( Veronica) Ware (Ozark Al) , Roy (Annette) Ware (Dothan AL), Richard (Emma) Ware (Orange, Virginia). Special granddaughters Zoey I. Jackson, Tori A. North. Grandsons Spencer A. George, Jahkobi S.North, Jahari D. North. Her Extended brothers and sisters, James Pruitt, John Pruitt, Johnny Ray Pruitt, Larmarge Stuckey, Rosie Lee, Katie Mae Griffin, and Nell Dean Harper. A Host of nieces & nephews.

We would like to give a very special thanks to Tracy Jackson. We appreciate you very much and know that she loved you like a daughter.
