Obituary

Lorene Gissendanner-Doster was born in Dale County, Ozark, Alabama on June 18, 1935 to the late Paul and LeMae Dick-Gissendanner.

She was called to leave this life to be with the Creator of all things, to not be in pain no more.

On June 13. 1954, Lorene and Arthur Doster Jr married in holy union. To this union are four children, Gelaine Doster-Dawkins [Ozark, Alabama}, Melvin Doster, [Cleveland, Ohio], Jeanitte Doster-Beacham [Ozark, Alabama], Sharon Lynn Doster [Ozark, Alabama].

Lorene Gissendanner-Doster is preceded in death, her father and mother, her brother, Johnny Odell Gissendanner.

Lorene leave on this earth to remember her four loving children, two brothers, [James Thomas Gissendanner [Saginaw, Michigan]. Milton [Bonnie], Gissendanner, [Atlanta, Georgia], one sister Helen Gissendanner-Stevenson [Ozark, Alabama]. Two grandchildren, Kimberly Sheneek Dawkins, Antwon DeMeatric Johnson, [Ozark, Alabama]. One aunt, Mrs Lena Pearl Newman [Birmingham, Ala]. One great aunt Mrs Edna Ruth Northcutt [Philadelphia, Pennsylyania].

Other survivors include, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more that we might have forgotten.

Our Mother maybe gone from her children's;

But she has her wings now

And she will never be forgotten…

The pen is up and the ink is dry…
