Obituary

Mattie Lou Harper was born on December, 28 1936 from the late Thomas and Ethel Newman. While she was growing up she devoted her time to her family taking care of her siblings to ensure that they got a proper education. In 1958 she gave birth to Andrew Newman her only child. She was married in 1959 to Frankie Dee Harper and have a wonderful 48 years of marriage together. In her later years she worked and retired from Ozark Health and Rehab formally Ozark Nursing Home. She passed away on Monday June 29th at the age of 83.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents Thomas and Ethel Newman, a great grandson Michael Newman

She leaves to cherish her memory; One son; Andrew Newman, two grand children Atrice Newman-Taylor (Earl), Jeremy Newman(Deanna); three sisters Janet Newman-Mc Neil, Geraldine Newman, Sarah L Newman; Great-great grandchildren; Ashley (Rashad) Moore, Elise Robinsin, Demetric Wyatt, Kobe Newman, Brittany Rogers, Olivia Newman, Landen Newman, Dylan Newman, and Brelyn Newman, and three great grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, devoted in-laws, and friends.

The family of Mrs. Mattie Harper acknowledge with deep and secure appreciation for your appreciation for may acts of kindness, expressions of love, comforting words, prayer, floral tributes, and sympathy shown at the loss of our loved one. May God Bless and keep you in our prayer.
