Obituary
Apostle Paul Reeves was born December 26, 1956, in Ariton, Alabama to the late Paul Reeves and Cleo Reeves. Apostle was called to rest on January 21, 2022, at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Buddy, as he was affectionately known, was educated in Ariton Public School, and later attended George C. Wallace Community College where he received a certificate in welding and upholstery.
Apostle was a diligent man. He was always dedicated to every job he had.
Apostle began his career at the Holiday Inn in Ozark, Alabama as a chef. After the company closed, he was employed at Larry’s Barbeque in Ozark, Alabama as a sous-chef where he continued to master his cooking skills.
Apostle leaves to cherish his memory: a loving son, Adam Reeves (Brundridge, Alabama), daughter-in-law, Melinda Reeves (Brundridge, Alabama). Two sisters: Barbara Reeves-Thomas (Bethlehem, PA), Gloria James (Irvington, NJ), niece, Michelle Ashley Thomas (Galloway, NJ), two nephews: Michael Stephen Thomas (Bellmawr, NJ), Andre James (Irvington, NJ), great nephew, Cincere Michael Thomas (Bellmawr, NJ).
