Barbara Ann McKinnis Crittenden was the daughter of the late Robert (Bob) and Lera McKinnis, Birth-Mother Rosa Mae Crittenden Ardis.  She was a member of Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church which she joined at an early age. Barbara was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.  She cared for her extended family; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  When you walked into her home, you were more than just a guest you were family.  Barbara loved to cook and was “Queen of the Casserole”.  Family and friends, were invited over routinely to share the different dishes. She also loved to read, shop, and just laugh with friends and family.  Barbara had a happy spirit and there were few occasions when she was down. She worked various jobs in the church and was a member of the Choir. She loved to work as a caregiver which she did for many years until failing health.  She was a member of the Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church until her death.  

She was married to Robert Crittenden for over thirty years.  She is survived by: Reagan McKinnis, Keisha Crittenden (daughters); Kenneth Adam McKinnis, Wayne Crittenden, Keith (Tina) Crittenden (sons); Jaidyn Hunter, Kaylin Snerling; (granddaughters); Keith Jr., Dantell Reeves, Wayne Amir Crittenden Jr. (grandsons); Melodie McKinnis (sister); Robert (Leanjala) McKinnis (brother); Mary Crittenden, Alice Walker (sisters-in-law); Joe Walker, F.C. (Ester) Crittenden, Britt Matthews (brothers-in-law), Brandon McKinnis, Quavion Crittenden, Jon Tray McKinnis, Kyrie Crittenden (nephews); Erika (Bryan) Baxter, Aubree Baxter, Latrice Crittenden, Manecia Crittenden (nieces); Frank Crittenden (uncle); Myra Crittenden, Patricia Crittenden, Alice Lawhorn, Eleven Williams (aunts); Special Friends; DeForest Fryer, Jenese Brooks, Barbara Davis, Sharon Atkins; Special Cousin - Martha Perryman.

She will forever be missed by the Crittenden and McKinnis families. God Speed - We love and Miss you dearly.
