Benjamin Calvin Nickerson was born November 5th 1964 to the late Benjamin Franklin and Mazzie Lee Nickerson. He was a gradate of Ozark City Schools. He enlisted into the Armed Forces in October 1983. Until his honorable discharge in July 2003. One fateful day he met the love of his life Barbara Jean Stokes, they would be wed together in holy matrimony on Saturday, December 20th 1986. Four years later their son Benjamin Calvin Nickerson Jr. was born into this holy union. Benjamin then took up driving trucks for Dale Farmers Co-Op, Midstream Fuel, and Johnston Trucking for many years. In his later years he enjoyed working in the yard, fishing and watching movies with his wife of 33 years until his death on Wednesday May, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin and Mazzie Nickerson, his sister Annie C. Nickerson.
Those left to cherish his memory: His wife Barbara Jean Nickerson, One son: Benjamin Calvin Nickerson Jr. (Karisa + Kaleb), one daughter Luvtiffany Barrow, Three Brothers: Willie James Nickerson, Frankie Lee Nickerson (Gail), Nathaniel Nickerson, Three sisters Mary Frances Nickerson-Holder (Reynaldo), Eva Nickerson-David (Patrick), Angela J. Ruffin. Mother-in-Law: Annie J. Sistrunk, Sister-in-Law(s): Linda G. Snell, Elaine and Darrell Dawkins, Brother-in-Law: Kelly and Rosetta Sistrunk, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
