At Newman Mortuary, we strive to provide a welcoming, clean, and comforting environment for every family we serve. Our building, originally constructed as a church, was thoughtfully renovated into a funeral home in 2015. Alton Newman, who helped lay the groundwork for the church when it was built in 1989, later transformed the space into the modern facility it is today.

We are proud to offer a 2010 Cadillac Eagle hearse and invite families to visit us for a tour at any time. We also assist with pre-planning arrangements for those who wish to plan ahead. As a locally focused funeral home, we continually listen to the communities we serve and look for ways to better support the families who place their trust in us.
Selection Room
Our selection room features a variety of caskets at different price points, allowing families to choose an option that aligns with their preferences and budget. We also provide rental caskets for families who wish to hold a service with their loved one present prior to cremation. If you don’t find what you’re looking for in our selection room, additional options are available, and we’re happy to help locate something that better fits your needs.
Custom Caskets
We also offer the option to create custom caskets, allowing families to include meaningful details that reflect the life and personality of their loved one. These personalized designs can add a thoughtful, personal element to the service.

All standard caskets can have a custom back panel insert upon request.
Most of the caskets in our selection room are available in different colors.
Custom caskets may take up to 2 weeks to be manufactured.
