Fatima Al-Nisa Miles was born in Ozark, Alabama on March 9,1974 to Ray Lee Miles (Papa Do) and Marilyn Sistrunk Bohanan. At an early age she was baptized at St. Mark AMEZ Church, where she was a member until her death. After attending school, she worked at Ozark Health and Rehab for 12 years.
